Safety tips when travelling solo
Tuesday 3rd August at 01:23 pm by Sam FrancisI went on holiday a couple of weeks ago and watched in amazement at security when this guy pulled his lapotop from its bag. The expensive looking laptop went through the scanner while he was taking off his boots, belt etc. I infact walked passed him through the security barrier and could have easily slipped his laptop into my bag and walked on while he was still faffing about. There was no lock on his bag so for the entire trip on the plane, the laptop was defenseless. Only last month, a 47-year-old Air France flight attendant was arrested for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars in cash, traveler's checks, credit cards, laptops and jewellery from business-class passengers as they dozed on international flights. So please think and take more care of your personal items.
