I can't access the Internet
This can be quite complicated or quite simple. If you have checked all the connections and all seems okay or it works okay in another environment, then the problem could be down to other causes such as:-
- System settings, for instance, Intel or Windows Wireless management settings.
- Your router (have you tried switching it off and on i.e. rebooted the hardware?)
- Your service provider.
- Antivirus/firewall settings.
- Is the WiFi switched off within the operating system?
- Do you have a physical switch on the laptop that has been turned off by mistake?
In these instances, it is not worth sending in to us, if you cannot fix it with help from service providers, or referring to your manuals, you may need on-site support.
