11. I'm getting the message "no operating system found" or "insert system disc and press         any key" -    Check to see if a floppy disc is inside the laptop, if so, simply remove it. -    Check to see if a CD has been left inside the laptop if so, simply remove it. -    If neither of these are the cause, you will need to seek help from a specialist.
