9. I can't access the internet -  This can be quite complicated or quite simple. If you have checked all the connections and all     seems okay, then the problem could be down to other causes such as:-     - system settings     - faulty operating system     - hardware connection failure     - virus     - physical service provider issues   -  If you have recently upgraded your internet account or if you have switched your service     provider, please contact them in the first instance. -  For any other queries, call us direct and speak to one of our experienced engineers.
