Image of Insurance Report

Accidents do happen, which is why we have insurance. Insurance may be able to cover a broken laptop screen or laptop power issue. However, most will need documentation from a legitimate company that specializes in laptop repair. If you have somehow damaged your laptop but need to provide a report from a reputable company to quote the laptop repair/replacement costs, contact us today.

For a fixed fee of £40.00, we will provide you with an engineer report and quotation for the repair.  If we deem that the laptop is beyond economical repair (BER), this will be stated on the report. If you need us to pick up the laptop, you will need to add another £25.00 to this fee - all of which should be recoverable by your insurance company.

We also provide photographic evidence where necessary.

Reports are carefully designed to meet the exact protocols and requirements of all UK insurance companies.
