We like to give our customers as many choices as we appreciate our needs and expectations are all different. Our main Collect Inspect Delivery service allows us to pick your laptop up from your preferred address, we inspect the fault and the delivery back to you is included. Any parts or additional labour required is then competitively quoted by our engineer. If you need a quicker turnaround, you can pick either the SOS Express or our Sameday pickup.
If you have a broken screen, you can expect to pay between £125-£150 for a standard 15" laptop screen which includes our CID Express service.

On any one courier consignment, your parcel will have transit liability up to £100.00 for loss or further damage. This can be increased to £1000.00 cover if you pick the upgrade transit liability service of £8 for both journeys.
Please note our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5.30pm excluding public bank holidays.
