When the laptop arrives in our workshop, our engineers get to work right away.
Once we confirm the problem, we call you back with the solution and any associated costs – it's that simple! Our qualified, component level engineers won’t let any problem beat them. If you do not wish to go ahead with the repair, we simply send it back to you within the CID Express process – no extra charge!
