Part of my role was dealing with Laptops from our clients that were broken. One of the engineers who I work with suggested I found a company that specifically dealt with repairing the innards of Laptops as our company did not cover that area. While searching I came across TekExpress. I gave them a call and I have been using them ever since.
The process from start to finish of picking up, inspecting and repairing the laptop was made so easy and took all the mystery out of dealing with "Teckie Services!!" All the staff are so helpful and cheerful it actually doesn't feel like I am at work when I am dealing with them. I would not think twice about recommending them to another company as I think they are ACE!!!"

"Wow what great service. Your courier picked up my laptop on Monday - right on the dot of the time specified in their text to me, and I have it back this morning. I received a text telling me that my laptop would be returned between 1004 and 1104 and it was here at 1004! I don't think I have ever
encountered such prompt collection/delivery! In addition to that, I originally fired off a few emails to companies I found on the internet that looked reputable. All came back within 24 hours, with you coming in with the best price and also in my opinion the best arrangement re pick-up and delivery. Also your communication with me just seemed professional, no hard sell or anything like that. My broken screen is all fixed and the computer had an environmental clean for an extra £10 and seems to be working faster than ever. The testimonials on the website are much as I found, the process works well, the unit returned well packed and fully working. Adam explained the fault and alerted me to the nature of the problem. He said he may need to replace a sub-assembly (which I expected as the unit was running very hot), however not required. Never-the-less, I would not be entirely surprised if the laptop were to fail in the future for a similar problem, fingers crossed eh? I would have no hesitation in using the company in the future and recommend them to friends etc, I like the fact that my files and data remained intact, secure and you were still able to perform the repair. The laptop was collected on schedule; we were regularly kept informed of progress on the repair; the quotation for the repair was very reasonable and the laptop was returned when I was told it would be. I was concerned about not having face to face contact with the repair technician and the normal problems associated with collection and delivery, i.e. having to have someone at home all day! The courier texted giving an hour's collection / delivery window, this meant we could get on with our normal day. I received update texts telling the whereabouts of the Laptop as it went through the courier and engineering processes. I received a call from the technician informing me of the issues he had encountered, he gave me precise costings and alternatives. He rang again to update me, then a further call to inform me that all had been successful. He also advised me what I needed to do on the Laptops return. He also made it very clear that he was willing to answer any questions I may have. I hope I never have to use the service again but am happy that it is there should the need arise." I called on the Friday and my laptop was picked up on the Monday. The following Friday I had it back, all sorted.
