Q.     My laptop is dead, what should I do?
A.      Your battery might be completely discharged. Remove it and the power lead and leave for 60 seconds. With the battery disconnected, now connect the powerlead. If your laptop powers up, you can now reconnect your battery, allow it to recharge. If this does not work, contact us immediately.

Q.     Why does my screen resolution look different?
A.      If your LCD has been replaced you may find when you get your laptop back and login, you find your screen resolution looks different. This is because sometimes when we replace your LCD it will change the resolution back to Windows default. We do not have your log on passwords therefore cannot go into your operating system to change this to the native resolution. You the end user will have to do this when you get your laptop back. To do this you will need to go into the display settings from the Control Panel, from here you will be able to change the screen resolution back to your preferred setting.  Alternatively, refer to your manufacturer user manual.
